• Billing data: subscription and purchase status synced from app store and payment providers.

• To provide account access, sync learning progress, and keep your decks available across devices.
• To generate scripts, translate language content, and operate other AI-assisted learning features you request.
• To process subscriptions, support tickets, account deletion, and service messages.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with providers needed to run LingoFlo, such as Firebase, Google AI and translation services, app stores, payment services, email delivery, analytics, and support tooling.

Your Controls

• Update account information inside the app where supported.
• Delete learning content from your account.
• Request account deletion and data export through support or the in-app account tools.
• Manage subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Retention And Security

We keep data only as long as needed to provide LingoFlo, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain service integrity. We use access controls, Firebase security rules, and operational monitoring to protect production data.
