Using LingoFlo

LingoFlo provides language learning tools for decks, words, phrases, scripts, review sessions, and account support. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate account information and use LingoFlo lawfully.

Your Content

You keep ownership of learning content you create or save in LingoFlo. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, sync, process, and display that content as part of the service.

Subscriptions

Paid plans, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the store or payment provider used for purchase. Plan limits, including AI-assisted feature usage, are shown in the app and can change as LingoFlo evolves.

AI Features

AI-generated scripts, translations, and other assisted outputs are learning aids. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it in study, work, travel, or personal contexts.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that do not belong to you.
• Do not abuse support, billing, authentication, or automation systems.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Do not reverse engineer or interfere with the LingoFlo app, APIs, or infrastructure.

Service Availability

We aim to keep LingoFlo reliable, but the service is provided as available and may change, pause, or be unavailable for maintenance, updates, store review, or operational reasons.
